And Growing...

"I genuinely enjoyed Cody's yoga class. It was friendly and caring with great instruction of the movements of all poses. The thorough approach and explanations added to the confidence and expectations of positive results. Having been a lower back pain sufferer, I recognize great potential for extended relief through his class."

"This was my first time doing yoga and Ambar made it the best experience. She made sure our space was clean and sanitized before we arrived, she went above and beyond to make sure the space was peaceful and inviting for us all. Not only is Ambar knowledgeable and helpful but friendly, warm and a joy to be around. This was a first time class for everyone and we all agreed that we felt better afterwards."

"I have practiced yoga with both Cody and Ambar Hammack. I found their yoga sessions very invigorating with a good warm up, clear direction and most of all, enthusiasm. I feel their heart is in yoga and over all well-being."

Roxana H., Yoga Instructor (24 Years)

Cody and Ambar presented a program on healthy lifestyles to my after-school program which consisted of students grades 9-12.  In an enjoyable and interactive presentation Cody and Ambar encouraged students to change old habits and establish new routines. The students were actively engaged and came away with a renewed sense of health and wellbeing This would be a great program for all ages.  I highly recommend it.

The Yoga and Wellness session with Ambar and Cody during our SC TRIO Wanda Hendricks Bellamy Student Leadership Conference was amazing. This dynamic dual couple have an amazing story and what’s more awesome is that they don’t mind teaching others techniques and lifestyle changes to help them to be the best them that they can be. I learned through Ambar and Cody how to breathe better with stretching and that yoga is a holistic approach to the whole man or woman…body, mind, and soul. The essence of Yoga for me is to learn to be in touch with myself so that when I’m well inside out, I can promote a healthy environment that others would want to share in healthy living as Ambar and Cody have invite us to do.
