Ambar Hammack

Ambar Hammack is a Certified Health Coach, 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Ayurvedic Specialist and Happy for No Reason Certified Trainer. She co-founded AMCO BARDY LLC with the mission of serving others by supporting their personal growth. Ambar has a passion for helping others become the best versions of themselves, working from the inside out. Ambar is motivated by her role in the "ripple effect" and inspires others to live in harmony with not only themselves, but the planet as a whole. Ambar holds a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies from Arizona State University and worked in the education space from 2011-2023.
